All packing material that comes to us gets reused in the packages we send out. That means we may use recycled paper bags for carrying the items when delivering via Lalamove or we may also reuse plastic bubble wrap for shipping out provincial deliveries. In that way, we extend the life of the items by reusing them.

Most of the shipping supplies we purchase are post-consumer cardboard, recycled material, or recyclable.

Our candles are made of 100% Soy wax. A safe and natural alternative to petroleum-based paraffin wax. Each candle may have its own look and texture as they are individually poured by hand. Please give your candle at least a day or two to properly settle once it arrives and practice proper Candle Care when in using.

Q: Can I send any bottle for a Room & Linen Spray refill?
A: We only accept RELLA spray bottles for refills to ensure compatibility with our refill process and to reduce any leakage or spray mechanism issues.

Q: How long does the refill process take?
A: We’ll need around 1-2 working days to refill and process your spray. We want to make sure everything’s fresh, clean, and ready for misting.

Q: Can I request a different scent when I get a refill?
A: Definitely! Just let us know your preferred scent when ordering your refill.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can refill?
A: As long as your RELLA bottle or vessel is still in good condition and fits our refill standards, there’s no limit. We love seeing our products reused again and again!
