Warm two drops of oil in clean palms and massage across a cleansed face, neck and body using circular movements. 

Use as a massage oil or add a full dropper to bath water as hydrating bath oil, use carefully on lashes to promote lash growth, use on dropper evenly in the scalp to promote hair growth, use on spilt ends or hair to promote hair repair.
